inge crosson

CEO & Registered Trainer
Inge has more than 22 years' experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, which included being the Owner & CEO of a very successful and reputable 90 place childcare centre for 21 years in Western Sydney. Inge has acted in all roles in Early Childhood Education and Care; teaching children and training educators, leading a room, managing staff and running the day to day operations. She has 5 children herself and is extremely passionate about Early Childhood Education.

She is now CEO of TrueLearning Australia and her aim is to provide optimal training and support for students and educators, while also supporting the centers where students attend work placement and training.
​
Inge completed her Certificate 3, Diploma, Bachelor of Teaching (0-5 years) following on with a Masters in Education and Research. Inge has completed her Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.

Jennifer Maude
Compliance Officer & Registered Trainer
Jen has over 13 years' of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, including roles as a Trainee, Room Leader, Educational Leader & Managing Director. She completed her Certificate III, Diploma, and Bachelor in Teaching whilst being on the floor and managing staff and rooms with children from ages 0-5 years. She co-managed and operated a 90 place childcare centre for 3 years with Inge. Jen has two small children herself at the ages of 2 and 4 years.

Jen is now the Head Trainer at TrueLearning Australia and looks forward to raising the bar in quality training and student support.
Jen completed her Certificate 3, Diploma, then following with a Bachelor of Teaching (0-5 years) .Jen completed her Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.

Administrator & Registered Trainer
Sara has over 10 years' experience in a 90 place childcare centre, working in all rooms with children ranging from 0-5 years. She has completed her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. She has personal experience of what is required of educators today studying in this industry. Sara has taken on the role of Administrator of TrueLearning Australia and knowing what it is like to be a student, she hopes to make the students' experience with the administrative tasks simple and easy. Sara will also work as a Trainer with our Certificate III students.

Sara has completed her Certificate 3 and is currently studying her Diploma. Sara has completed her Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.
ben fitzpatrick
Registered Trainer
Ben has over 9 years' of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, including roles as a Trainee, Room Leader, Educational Leader & Nominated Supervisor. He completed his Certificate III and Diploma, whilst being on the floor and managing staff and rooms with children from ages 0-12 years. Ben and Jen worked together for many years as educators in a long day care centre.

Ben is currently room leader of the 1-2 years room and a part time trainer at TrueLearning Australia. He looks forward to raising the bar in quality training and student support.
Ben has completed his Certificate 3, Diploma and is looking at completing his Bachelor of Education. Ben completed his Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.
Casey Moss
Registered Trainer
Casey has over 12 years' of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, including roles as a Trainee, Room Leader & Educational Leader. She completed his Certificate III and Diploma, whilst being on the floor and worked in rooms with children from ages 0-12 years. Casey and Jen worked together for many years as educators in a long day care centre.

Casey is currently working casually as an ECT and a part time trainer at TrueLearning Australia while she finishes studying her Masters of Education. She looks forward to raising the bar in quality training and student support.
Casey has completed her Certificate 3, Diploma and has nearly completed her Masters of Education. Casey has completed her Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.
